- Everything about the AAC's organization and leadership is based on the Asia Artpiad Charter. The AAC is the supreme decision-making body composed of all members in general meetings, whose decisions hold final authority. It consists of the General Assembly, Chair, Vice-chairs, Auditor, Executive Committee, Planning Committee, Cooperation Committee, and more.
- The leadership members include founding members, national members, distinguished members, advisory members, senior advisory members, expert members, and honorary members — totaling 120 members, with no more than 3 from each country.
